Customer Email Notification

Now emails sent to customers can have the same flexable scheduling options. Click the Cust Email tab from the Site-Profiles form and enter an email address. If more than one email address is being entered on the same line seperate then with a semi-colin. (see Cust Email 2 below). 



Customer Email Notification

After entering an email address(s) click the "Schedule" button to set the days and times you would like customer email notification sent. If the Start time is later than the End time, AlarmTraq assumes the end time is for the following day. This is useful for after-hours support.
