Field Descriptions for Site-Profiles Customer Email Tab
Cust Email 1
Enter an email address to be notified when an alarm occurs for the selected
site. If you wish to add more than one email address, seperate the addresses
with an ; symbol
(joe@abc.com; jane@abc.com).
Major Alarm
Select this checkbox to be notified by email for all Major alarms for the
selected site.
Minor Alarm
Select this checkbox to be notified by email for all Minor alarms for the
selected site.
Warning
Select this checkbox to be notified by email for all Warning messages for the
selected site.
SMS Format
Select this checkbox to be notified by email using SMS (Short Message Service)
when sending email for the
selected site. This option is used when sending as a text message to a mobile
phone when the number of charactors is restricted by the service provider. For

Reply-To Email Address
Enter an email address to be used as the reply addresss for any messages being
sent to a customer for the selected
site.
