Field Descriptions for Site-Profiles Reports Tab
Report Group
Select a report group to be assigned to this site in order to group many
different sites into a common group. This is used when you have a customers with
more than one site and wish to group them togather for reporting purposes. For more information
click here.
Email Address
Enter an email address where the alarm reports will be sent on either a daily,
weekly, or monthly basis.
Schedule
Select the day-of-week that AlarmTraq should automatically test the INADS link.
You can select every day of the week or for testing many sites, a specific day
should be selected.
Auto Alarm Reports
Select a schedule when the alarm reports will be sent to the above email address:
Daily
Select this option to have alarm reports for the previous day sent every day
during the midnight maintenance run.
Weekly
Select this option to have alarm reports for the previous week sent every Monday
during the midnight maintenance run.
Monthly
Select this option to have alarm reports for the previous month sent on the
first of every month during the midnight maintenance run.
Auto Configuration Reports
Select a schedule when the system configuration will be downloaded from the system
and stored on the web-site for later viewing.
Daily
Select this option to have the system configuration downloaded every day
during the midnight maintenance run.
Weekly
Select this option to have the system configuration downloaded every Monday
during the midnight maintenance run.
Monthly
Select this option to have the system configuration downloaded on the
first of every month during the midnight maintenance run.
Get Now
Click this button to immediatly connect to the system and send the assigned
configuration report commands. .
Command 1-6
Enter the required command needed for the configuation reports. These are SAT
commands only and should be verified for your system type. Not all the commands
listed in the dropdown box will work on all systems.
