Emergency Call 911 Notification

For IP Office Systems

When an emergency occurs within an organization, connecting the caller to the emergency dispatch center is not enough. It’s now required by federal law to notify those entities in an organization that may be able to assist or navigate first responders to the site of the emergency.

With Kari’s Law in place, your customers need to know when 9-1-1 calls are placed on their voice network. AlarmTraq Emergency Call Notification can be sent to on-site security personnel and administrators when an emergency call is in progress, providing crucial information to those who can help the fastest.

Even though most IP Office systems have the capability to send email messages on their own, it typically requires a separate user email account and mail server configuration. Why go through the trouble to configure each and every IP Office system that you currently support when AlarmTraq has already been configured to send custom Emergency Call Notification email messages.

With Emergency Call Notification in AlarmTraq, all you need is the customer provided list of emergency email addresses populated in Site-Profiles form.
