Tenant Service allows your AlarmTraq server to notify a group or groups of sites with a unique company name, reply address, and logos to appear as the monitoring service.
This feature is used when you are reselling the monitoring to different service providers or Avaya Business Partners. When the end-user or customer receives an alarm notification your company name is listed along with your reply to address on the email.
When the site history is viewed via the web a logo for the service provider is shown on the top of the form.
To use Tenant Service:
- Click on Edit > Edit Tenant Service
- Add the New Tenant Group (2-255) with the service providers information.
- Add the service providers logo (gif) to the /alarms/web folder as Logo2.gif (Tenant 2) or Logo3.gif (Tenant 3).
